Ethics in publishing

Submitting an article means that it has not been previously published, that it is not being considered for publication in any other medium or in any other language, and that it is being submitted with the knowledge of all authors. Failure to comply with this violates the ethical policies of Innovation, Knowledge, and Professional Training.
