Innovación, Saber y Capacitación Profesional does not apply Article Processing Charges (APC). The submission, peer review, editing, and publication processes are completely free of charge for authors. Likewise, the academic peer-review process is carried out under principles of ethics, confidentiality, and scientific collaboration, without any type of financial remuneration for reviewers.

The journal maintains an open-access and non-profit scientific dissemination policy. Therefore, it does not engage in any commercial or profit-oriented use of the published content, nor does it accept, promote, or host advertising related to products, services, organizations, or individuals within its editorial platform.
