Promotion and dissemination of manuscripts
The journal Innovación, Saber y Capacitación Profesional promotes the wide visibility and dissemination of published works. Authors are encouraged to actively share their manuscripts once published, as well as to contribute to the promotion of the journal within the academic and scientific community.
The journal encourages authors to maximize the dissemination of the final version of their work through the following channels:

- Institutional repositories of their respective universities and open-access repositories.

- Personal or institutional websites, academic blogs, and specialized digital spaces.
- Research profiles and academic indexing platforms such as Google Scholar, ORCID, ResearcherID, Scopus Author ID, Dimensions, and PlumX.
- Sharing with peers and experts in the field to encourage reading and citation of the work.
These actions contribute to increasing the visibility, impact, and citation of published articles.
