About the Journal

"Innovation, Knowledge and Professional Training" is a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed scientific journal, which maintains a biannual publication modality, included in the periods of January-June and July-December. It publishes original research articles, in Spanish and English, from various areas of knowledge, with the purpose of promoting the production, dissemination and application of scientific knowledge in academic and professional contexts.

Its mission is to serve as a space for high-impact academic dissemination, which promotes the exchange of knowledge, experiences, innovations and research results, with a critical and proactive approach. The journal seeks to contribute to the strengthening of scientific and professional capital, organizing its contents into thematic sections that allow the challenges and opportunities of science, technology and specialized training to be addressed in a structured way.

The journal is aimed at researchers, teachers, professionals and students, and is positioned as a strategic channel for scientific dissemination, committed to quality, methodological rigor and the social relevance of research.

The editorial process and the peer review system of the journal are peer-reviewed, which applies the  double-blind peer review system, which guarantees impartiality, transparency and objectivity in the evaluation of manuscripts.

While the journal's access and publication policy does not charge fees for submission, processing, or publication of articles. All content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license, which allows free access, reproduction and non-commercial distribution, provided that the corresponding credit is granted and they are shared under the same conditions.
