The journal Innovación, Saber y Capacitación Profesional presents a new multidisciplinary issue featuring research from Cuba and Mexico aimed at addressing contemporary challenges through scientific evidence. The articles are organized into four main sections:

Social Sciences and Humanities: Studies on the Social Communication Law in Cuba, pedagogical mentoring in preschool education, and a critical analysis of PISA 2022 results in Mexico.

Administrative and Management Sciences: Proposal for competency brackets to optimize the assignment of academic and administrative responsibilities.

Physical Activity Sciences: Adaptive training program for strength development in female athletes with lower limb amputations.
Supported by a double-blind peer review process and ethical standards (COPE), this issue stands out for its methodological diversity, applied approach, and commitment to regional cooperation and social transformation in Latin America.
